Hello! I'm Nina, a 28-year-old storyteller from Deventer, a beautiful fairytale town in the Netherlands, where I live in a tiny apartment in the historic city centre with my mischievous cat, Snoet.

After spending several years creating stories for theatre and television, I felt it was time to start telling my own.

I've always loved writing. Throughout my career, I've written concepts and stories for television, but deep down I longed to build a world that was entirely my own.

That's how The Falling Leaves Farm was born.

Somewhere along the way, Posy stopped feeling like a character and started feeling like a friend. Through her eyes, the world is filled with wonder, gentle magic, and beauty in the smallest everyday moments. Creating her story reminded me to look at my own life the same way. To slow down, notice the little things, and find magic in the ordinary.
